We may not be able change the world with one post, argument, event or campaign, but for those of us who want to build a more inclusive world, there are a lot of decisions we can make to make this world a better place.

What we teach your children, what conversations we encourage/tolerate at home, how we express our intolerance for hatred or how we make the hated feel loved, what causes we support, what we protest, how we respond to those that divide us, how we treat those who we disagree with and even what measures we take to identify the truth amidst all the noise. Every decision matters. Impact is not a fancy jargon that follows big events. It is a consequence of those little decisions we make in hope of a more human, inclusive and equitable tomorrow.

I have made my decisions. I hope you have made yours too.
