A small and simple message I sent my Dad on his 49th.
Happy birthday, Daddy. You have worked very hard for more than 30 years to provide for our family and to fulfill our needs. It is a moment of celebration for you as you have achieved a lot of things. Most importantly, you have never let us believe we don’t have something we desire. And we are blessed to have that luxury because of you.
You should be proud of yourself just as I am proud of you. Your hard work, dedication and sacrifice are not unnoticed and I am very grateful and thankful to you for all that you have done.
You are entering the second innings of your life now and things will change. I hope you have all the strength, happiness, peace and wealth to adapt to those changes. I love you a lot and I will always be there for you.
I wish I was there to celebrate with you, but we can carry it in the books and adjust it in next year’s balance sheet!
