My Thanksgiving thoughts.
I have always tried to keep it simple when it comes to the people in my life. To me, they are either good or bad. And I try my best to be as less biased as I can. As a result, I have made friends along the way, friends who have showered love, cared for me, corrected me, argues and fought with me.
But because I don’t mince my words, there are a lot of people who despise me from the bottom of their hearts. More often than not, they make me introspect, reevaluate, over-think and reflect.
I don’t need to thank the first bunch today because I make it a point to do it on a regular basis. But the second bunch is what I haven’t spoken much about.
If you are part of that group, I want you to know that you have shaped me, taught me a LOT about life and about myself and I am really really thankful to you for having hated, ignored, despised or condescended me. I assure you it was noticed and played a fairly decent role in making me who I am today.
Thank you for those forgettable memories. Thank you for helping me unknowingly. I look forward to meeting more of you in the future and growing thereafter.
